Gary is the Founder of Watson Commercial Group and has been in the commercial real estate business 47 years. He earned his CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) from the National Association of Realtors in 1997. Gary’s wide range of experience, including sales and property management is extensive. He managed a Regional Mall for 7 years which was a REO property owned by Hibernia Bank (New Orleans). He has represented national companies including Ford Motor Company, FDIC/RTC, State of Florida Banking Division, Compass Bank, Whitney Bank, Emmitt, Inc. (Emmitt Smith), Circle K, Burger King, Auto Zone, TIB Bank of the Keys, O’Reilly Auto Parts, General Electric, McKibbon Hotel Group, and Murphy Oil USA, just to name a few.
